(More customer reviews)Very very disappointed with this company and this product. The shea butter, billed as "raw and unrefined", came to me snow-white and completely odorless. As I have read all over the internet, this means that this product has been processed beyond belief and has no more of its beneficial properties. I want to return it but the company's return policy is convoluted and not at all customer-friendly. I would have to mail everything back on my dime (after already having paid for shipping). Save your money and look elsewhere.
