(More customer reviews)Despite being advertised as microbial and all natural, the outside of the pillowcase was mildewy and rotten within just a couple of months of use. I did take it off and wash it frequently since I was using it a lot, but eventually, the mildew just snuck in and stayed and I couldn't get it clean.
If you rinse it out and "tap it off," then store in a dry place as they suggest, it will still be smelly.
Even the inner pillow, which is covered in a plastic-y material, smells of mildew.
