(More customer reviews)So many people have told me how great this soap smells. It lathers well and cleans well and does not dry my skin. The only complaint I have is that it slips through your hands like water. If you aren't careful it will go down the drain quickly. Other than that I love it.

Kiss My Face Moisture Soap Liquid Pear Refill Review

(More customer reviews)I've used Kiss My Face Pear Moisture soap for years and love it.Unfortunately, with this order I noticed the bottle has a new label and the product inside is very different.The soap is much runnier and runs right off your hands, unlike the old formula which was nearly as thick as lotion.The scent has changed too - to me it smells more like vinyl than pear.Finally, it is constantly clogging the spout on the Kiss My Face pump dispenser that I refilled.

I contacted Kiss My Face and they confirmed that there was a formula change (removed paraben preservatives and synthetic fragrances).No longer the same soap - beware!

(More customer reviews)I know this may be kind of a knit-picky thing, but when you open these bottles, the pumps face backwards. So, you are always looking at the back of the bottle. Not only did I notice this, but so did my husband and son - which shocked me!
I called the company to see if I just got a bad batch, and she said that they are all that way, but that it's a known problem. I asked her if she could send me three replacement bottles (I always bought the refills) when they manufactured the new bottles, and she refused. She even refused to let me know when they would be available.
I switched to Meyer's Hand Soap - the bottles face front and they're even a little cheaper. I recommend the lemon.

(More customer reviews)We have an infant at home, so we blow through hand soap at an amazing rate. Each of these larger bottles has enough soap for two refills of a smaller dispenser bottle, so it's at least reducing the number of plastic bottles we throw in the recycling bin.

As for the soap itself, it's gentle, doesn't dry out my skin, and leaves my hands clean enough to handle a baby. This scent is milder than the others as well, just a bit of lemon and a smidge of ginger.

A few technical notes on the bottle: when refilling your dispensers, just unscrew the top of the large bottle and pour. It comes with a squeeze-top-thingie like you see on shampoo bottles, but with a liquid as thin as this soap, it just makes a mess. Also, make sure to leave enough room in the dispenser bottle for the aerator; if you fill it up all the way, when you screw the top back on, you'll end up with soap everywhere.
