(More customer reviews)I'm not sure what 'sensitive skin' means but the fact is, some many years ago I developed allergic reactions to, among other things, fragrances. The more synthetic whatever it is that touches my skin, the more uncomfortably it feels. The first that had to go were, naturally, all of them perfumed or deodorant soaps. I had to settle for all-natural and fragrance-free.

Johnson's Bar fully fits the bill as my skin does not seem to notice or mind its subtle, discrete fragrance. I am normally using 'Pure & Natural' but whenever I happen to be on the road I take a couple of Johnson's Bars with me because it's harder and my impression is that it holds better together. The other advantage is that, when we travel as a family, we don't have to bring several kinds of soaps - and, unlike the Pure & Natural, Johnson's Bar seems to be accepted by everyone.

I like this bar because, besides being relatively inexpensive, it is well tolerated by my fragrances-intolerant skin and it's tolerated by the rest of my family as well.

Other than that I have no complaints...as this product was recommended by my loctician and I needed a conditioning rinse. Left my hair shiny and my locks felt very light upon drying.
I use the Dr. Bronner's shampoo's so I knew this would be a pretty good product.

(More customer reviews)I am addicted to this spray.I spray it on our sheets first thing in the morning and about 15 minutes before bed and the scent is just wonderful.I HIGHLY recommend this product.You can also use it in your closet, drawers, on your sofa pillows before guests arrive, your blankets, etc.The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because I wish the scent would last all day :)

(More customer reviews)I wanted something to shave with that was natural and organic.But I also wanted something that would work well.I have to shave everyday and I have a thick beard.So I needed something that provides good lubrication.This does all of that and more.I don't intentionally eat the stuff, but while shaving I do get a small amount in my mouth and it tastes good.

I have not had any problems with razor burn or skin allergies with this either.I do have to make sure my face is thoroughly wet before applying it or it will not suds up like it should.

I highly recommend this stuff.

(More customer reviews)another reviewer raved about the fragrance but i find it overbearing. also, the label on the front says it is hypoallergenic but as it contains perfume and several other chemical ingredients clearly listed on the back label, i don't see how this can be true. and the coup de grace, is that the front label also claims it is made from italian virgin olive oil but this is not listed on the ingredients; instead it says it has potassium olivate--this just might be the chemical name for olive oil, but it sounds odd to me. anyhow, the bottom line is that this is not a pleasant soap to use. i recommend savon de marseilles, which i also bought on amazon several months ago and which i am going back to.

I have some sweet pea hand soap and lotion (different brand)that smells like a stronger more floral version of the basil scent, so that is what I was expecting. Although not very cost effective for this sample package in comparison to the full size case of 6, I was glad I ordered it so I did not end up with 6 or 24 full sized products that I would end up donating. The small containers are a convenient size, thus I'm reusing them with the geranium product to get rid of the snap pea odor. I will end with a positive note that this scent cleans as effectively as the others I tried and thankfully its scent dissipates much quicker than the geranium scent.

(More customer reviews)For crying out loud! Have you people never smelled tea tree oil before? I guarantee you, that if you used a previous tea tree oil product that *didn't* smell like "turpentine", then it had hardly any tea tree oil in it, and you got ripped off.
Try this: next time you're at the health food store, go to the "essential oils" section, find a bottle of pure tea tree oil ("Desert Essence" is a good brand), and smell it. You will get the "turpentine" smell, in spades.
So why do I use it? Tea tree oil is a natural anti-bacterial, and I use it constantly to "de-germ" my hands. It rinses clean--unlike commercial anti-bacterial soaps that leave an overwhelming perfume-y smell that takes hours to dissipate--and does not create the same problems as using a commercial anti-bacterial soap does: i.e., creating a "super-bacteria" that can't be killed.
The other, "pretty" smelling Bronner's soaps will do a fine job of cleaning your skin, but if you have a need for a natural anti-bacterial--as I do--then buy Bronner's Tea Tree, dilute it about 6:1 w/water, and put it in a pump bottle. Hold your breath if you don't like the smell.
