I then remembered what i was buying this product for. I wanted healthier teeth and gums. All one has to do is look at the ingredients and see that it wont taste good! I'm sorry but i bought this to clean my teeth NOT satisfy a sweet tooth! Dont let the other reviews scare you away. just remember the reason you were going to buy the product.

The smell is delightful & fresh (it reminds me a little bit of the smell of bubble wand solution, not really basil) It's a concentrated form & when diluted with water (1/4 cup to 1 gallon water) can be used to clean all surfaces. My floors are absolutely gleaming since I made the switch to this - love this stuff.

(More customer reviews)I like the basil, lavender, and geranium fragrances of Mrs. Meyer's products, but not this almost stale cut grass smell. I have some sweet pea hand soap and lotion (different brand)that smells like a stronger more floral version of the basil scent, so that is what I was expecting. Although not very cost effective for this sample package in comparison to the full size case of 6, I was glad I ordered it so I did not end up with 6 or 24 full sized products that I would end up donating. The small containers are a convenient size, thus I'm reusing them with the geranium product to get rid of the snap pea odor. I will end with a positive note that this scent cleans as effectively as the others I tried and thankfully its scent dissipates much quicker than the geranium scent.

(More customer reviews)This product works fine for about every type of dish/pan cleaning. Many complain they have to use more or that it doesn't work well. What the issue really is that people are used to high-sudsing detergents so they use more to try to get more suds or they feel it's not working.

The fact that it doesn't suds a lot is the point - it's what makes it environmentally friendly.

Those of you on septic will really appreciate this cleaner as it better for the system and in combination with other similar products for your washer and dish washer, will reduce the problems detergents cause.

I no longer have that "yucky" feeling on my hands after folding the washing that makes me immediatly wash and moisturise my hands (which is ironic since I was folding clean clothes). The soap nuts leave clothes soft and residue free. The extra wash bags have been very handy for me to have because it's sometimes hard to find the soap nut wash bag in amongst the newly washed clothes in the washing machine and it therefore goes into the dryer with all of the clothes. Having extra wash bags means that I can just fill a new wash bag with soap nuts and chuck it in with the next load then use the other wash bag that went into the dryer later. Does that make sense? :) I read that soap nuts are not damaged if they go in the dryer.
A couple of tips that have helped me: 1, We have hard water so vinegar helps the soap nuts work better; 2, I sometimes forgot how many times I had used the bags so I put 3 sticky notes on my washing machine. The first has the numbers 1 - 2, the 2nd has 3 - 4, the 3rd has 5 - 6. I point the top of the soap nut wash bag to the number of times it has been used so I no longer have to try and remember.

Miracle II Regular Soap 22 Oz (Miracle 2) Review

(More customer reviews)More than a year ago my alternative health practitioner recommended I buy this product and mix three drops of it in a glass of water twice daily for a health challenge I was having. I don't know if drinking it had any effect at all honestly. But I got curious about the product and found out that it was created by a man who had a healing of some sort while watching one of those Bible-thumping TV evangelical shows. Then God showed him the formula for this soap one night by projecting it onto this bedroom wall. His wife couldn't see it and I think she got him a pencil and paper and he wrote it down, began making it and giving it away. Soon people told him of all kinds of physical miracles that were happening from using this soap.

I am not a churchgoer and stay away from Industrialized Religion completely. God knows I would never watch Pat Robertson and his ilk nor give money to a ministry. Yet I am open-minded enough to consider the possibility that this man had a genuine non-dual spiritual experience and translated it the only way he could. So I began to bathe with it.

Never would have I considered using the same soap I use on my body on my face as I have always had sensitive skin and acne. Now, not only do I wash my body AND face with this soap but I shave with it as well. My skin looks better than ever now. Later I bought some Miracle II Neutralizer, mixed it with this soap and began to soak in it. I have sensitive spots on my forearms that sunburn easily. Very soon after beginning to soak in this soap my forearms broke out for a few weeks oozing pus. Sound nasty doesn't it? Maybe even enough to make you not want to use it. But I understood the breakout to be a detox actiion and the breakout soon healed. This soap does have strong detox properties. Another poster mentioned body odors when using this soap. That is the detox properties in action I imagine.

People claim all kind of crazy benefits from using this soap. I can only attest that it repels mosquitos completely when used without dilution and applied as a gel. I don't like to wash my hair with it b/c it seems my hair just simply isn't that clean after rinsing. Possibly there is a residue left in the hair. I mix it with water, put it in a spray bottle and use it to do all sorts of cleaning around the house.

Do I like this stuff? You betcha! I will be buying another gallon jug of it soon.

The moisturizing soap is good for dry skin and it leaves your skin pretty silky. You don't have that film on your skin like most soaps. You know that you are clean. Your skin just breathes. It's completely non-toxic. Great for skin and hair. So wonderful in a bubble bath, If you take a nice long soak,\ and let the water stand after getting out, you'll see that it has pulled stuff from your pores and it settles in your bathwater. How many times have you seen that with your normal bath soap?
You can't do wrong with Miracle II products. Great for your whole family and great for the environment.

Seventh Generation Automatic Dishwashing Gel is said to break down in the environment. But the claim broke down when we found that the product contains a petroleum-derived agent that doesn't readily biodegrade. A spokeswoman said the company would remove the claim and review its product line and labeling. Biodegradability of two other detergents--Earth Friendly Product's Wave automatic dishwasher gel and Planet Ultra Dishwashing Liquid--was certified by reputable independent groups."
