(More customer reviews)I tried this shampoo at the recommendation of a staffer at Whole Foods. For years I've used Aubrey shampoos exclusively because of their unparalleled purity, but Aubrey products are getting quite expensive and Whole Foods isn't stocking them very regularly, either. So I thought I'd give it a try. Wow! One shampoo with this stuff, and my hair is suddenly dry and brittle like straw. It's harsh! I'm using it as hand soap instead. For hair, I'm going back to Aubrey SHAMPOO SPECIAL CARE Swimmers Normalizing Shampoo 16 oz and Aubrey Organics - Camomile Luxurious Volumizing Shampoo, 16 fl oz no matter the cost. And I'm getting a nice summer buzz cut to get rid of all that damaged hair. Hugo away!

(More customer reviews)i recently switched from using the mainstream lines of shampoos and conditioners (TIGI, Biolage, Sexy Hair) to natural shampoos without all the chemicals and synthetics like sulfates (which is a skin irritant) and parabens (which have been linked to cancer). i was a bit skeptical about whether i'd find hair care products that i liked, but was very pleasantly surprised by this shampoo. i loved the smell (which is all natural plant and fruit oils) and my hair felt clean and soft afterwards (i also used the vanilla & sweet orange conditioner). i highly recommend this product not only because my hair felt and looked great after using it, but also because it's paraben-free, sulfate-free, cruelty-free and all natural.

(More customer reviews)I researched this item for awhile before I took the plunge and bought it.I have to say that I am very impressed with the performance of this product.My hair was extremely soft and shiny after the first use.With my fine textured hair, I generally have to sacrifice softness for volume, but that was not the case here.It styled very easily and held the style all day without any extra product.I also noticed that my hair does not tangle as the day goes on like it used to.I had read reviews that stated that you would not need a separate conditioner with this product and I found that to be true.Twenty dollars may seem a bit steep for a shampoo, but I feel that it is justified in that it replaces the need for a conditioner and it does not require a lot of product per use.I will definitely repurchase.
