(More customer reviews)I have a recurring condition called pityrosporum folliculitis, which is an overabundance of yeast in the pores.My oily skin is a great environment for yeast, which overdevelops and causes little bumps that look like small pimples that never come to a head (mainly on my forehead and temples but also on my chest and shoulders).They aren't really noticeable, but of course, I notice them.I've been on a cocktail of prescriptions from dermatologists, and this ZNP bar has been the most effective at keeping them at bay without paying a ton of money for prescriptions.I agree with the above that it's a little harsh for more than once a day use.I found that it works well in combination with something less harsh (I've been using the Clinique foaming cleanser in the morning and the ZNP bar at night, which really cleared my face well.Wearing make up during the day actually seemed to help...all I can think of was that it served as a buffer and kept the ZNP bar from drying my face out too much.).I'm not a professional, but as a lifelong sufferer of bad skin, that's my opinion.I'm glad that I found these on here, 'cause I thought I'd have to go back to my dermatologist for them, which requires a doctor's visit (and copay!).

The good:Pleasant smelling, decent price, nice scratchy feel (assuming that's what you want)
The bad:Seems to disappear fast, may have made my 4 year old itch, not moisturizing.

Mysore Sandalwood Soap 2.62oz (Case of 18) Review

(More customer reviews)I have always enjoyed the sandalwood fragrance. This soap is to sandalwood as Lindt 85% to chocolate!The scent is so strong as to be overpowering to all but those who love it!
The soap itself has a relatively rapid melt velocity, and in the shower, this means that a short rub on the washcloth is more than sufficient. Also, the soap should not be left in a wet or shower exposed tray. Mine is above the shower in a vertical holder in order to minimize waste.
I've used this product for years, but have paid twice the price when buying individual bars at the Hari Krishna India store at their restaurant. Ordering a 12 bar supply was quite economical. The added benefit is that the aromatic quality of the Mysore Sandal Soap is so powerful, that even wrapped in Ziplock, my room continues to emit a strong sandalwood fragrance. Again fair warning to those who do not relish the scent! It's as though I am burning Lakshmi incense 24/7.
By the way using Indian soap does not make you a Hindu or Krishna devotee, any more than buying wine from a monestary makes you a Catholic monk.

(More customer reviews)I've been using this product for a few years.Like the other reviewer, I also use it for my hair.I tried going back to supposedly "gentle, moisturizing" shampoos, but quickly came back to this.They have just started making a separate shampoo, which I intend to try.

Another point about the body wash - during the winter, while using something else, I had some dry patches (looked like psoriasis) on my outer thighs about the size of my palm.I immediately got back to my Naturoli Body Wash and within a few days they were gone.My doctor had wanted me to go on meds for this.Good thing I just used my Naturoli.
The natural botanical scent is very nice.I have a problem with synthetic or strong fragrance, but this is just lovely.It smells clean and fresh.
This is really a quality line of products.

Morover, due to its enriched, moisturizingformula, this body wash does not dry out one's skin. In fact, it leaves it feeling smooth and silky soft all year round. One should also try the other scents in which it is available, as they are also pleasing to the senses. At this inexpensive price, one cannot go wrong in doing so.

We were using the Ecos brand detergent prior to this one and the clothing would be clean, but if it sat in the washer for a couple hours after the wash cycle, the musty smell would be very strong. Not so with this biokleen product. Even if the laundry sits in the washer after the cycle, it comes out with no scent. Kudos to biokleen for creating this fabulous product!

I can't blame anyone but myself because I failed to look at the shipping cost. $7.99?! To ship a tiny bar of soap in a cardboard box?! But again, that's my fault for buying it and not being more aware of the price. I do want to mention that they did send me a companion bar of soap (of the same size)free, so that was nice. Anyway, I have nothing against the soap. Just be aware shoppers of the shipping price and size/amt you're getting before you buy.

And the "ribbon" around it is a very cheap ribbon, that advertises this company that is selling them.If you repackage the soap or just use the soap yourself it's great. Others may not be as picky as I am, but what I got wasn't as nice as described.
