(More customer reviews)I was looking forward to trying this soap until I saw that it contained SODIUM TALLOWATE, which is made from tallow (animal fat).If you are an animal rights supporter, please do not purchase or use products made with this ingredient.There are plenty of wonderful products that clean and moisturize the skin without using animal products.I'll stick with Dr. Bronner's and forego the tallow.Happy cleansing!

I found it when I was searching for a soap that wouldn't make my skin itch all over after a shower. I can tell you that after years and years, my sensitive skin has never once itched after I used KMF!

The soap is mild, with a neutral scent, which is a big plus. It cleans great, but doesn't leave my skin dried out. The 8 ounce bars are a bit large, but worth the wait until they shrink down to a size that's easier for us smaller-hands people.

(More customer reviews)I discovered Kiss My Face products maybe 20 years ago.I was looking for a large size bath soap that didn't dry out my skin and didn't have a scent.I tried the olive oil and olive oil & aloe soaps and loved them.There is a very very light clean scent.The lavender scent soap is just wonderfully scented while using it and most importantly it doesn't cause dryness.One draw back if you use white or light color wash cloths -- it will stain it after prolonged use.I also use the moisture lotion olive and aloe when needed especially in winter.There are stronger scented products that come in soft soap pump style containers.You can find this brand in most health food stores if you just want to try it. Then buy it in larger quanties on Amazon at a lower unit cost.

(More customer reviews)I originally received this product in a gift set about five years ago and immediately fell in love with the scent. It's a clean, fresh and a little bit powdery scent that stays with you all day long.

It lathers nicely and unlike most bar soaps that make the claim but do not deliver, Canus actually does not dry out your skin. I live in New England and ran out of this soap a few weeks ago and had to make do with a glycerin soap that was supposed to moisturize. My skin is now the dryest it's been in a very long time.

In these difficult economic times, many of us are doing without some of the little luxuries. I've decided this soap is one I cannot do without.
