(More customer reviews)I bought this because hubby wanted 'real' baby shampoo/wash and I wanted something organic and natural as possible. I like the flip-top. It pops up at the touch of a button. I don't like the long list of ingredients - it still has some chemicals thrown in, like sodium benzoate. It does clean baby, and his hair smells nice. I have since learned that organic liquid castille soap (like Dr. Bronner's baby castille soap) is fine for hair and body. I put some in a liquid soap 'foaming' bottle with some jojoba oil for conditioning & I use that for shampoo. You can google recipes for homemade shampoo using castille soap. You can also use melted coconut butter or flax oil to condition your hair (sounds silly, but it works great!) Be sure to use only a little bit of coconut butter before washing your hair (yes, condition before washing, not after) and use only a small amount - it goes a long way.

(More customer reviews)I bought this soap for my children hoping it would help the skin on their hands.All of them suffer from dry, cracked, bleeding hands in the Winter time.Regular hand soap strips too much of the natural oil from their skin.I would say within a week of using this product their hands had healed up and looked soft and healthy.I also felt great about using a product with all natural ingredients.I would have loved to keep using it, but my kids went through the bottle pretty quickly and I just can't spend that much for soap on a regular basis.I had 5 children using it and I would guess it lasted about 3 weeks.Maybe it would help if one pump put out a smaller amount of soap?

I decided to go natural and got the California baby body lotion from whole food market in the evening and applied it to him before going to bed. I just hoped that it should help reduce the rash. When we woke up it was all gone. At that time it really seemed like a miracle. I applied baby oil in the first place because he was having small white heads kind of acne all over his body when I was aveeno baby body wash and lotion. He didn't get even those ever since I started using the California baby supersensitive body lotion and bodywash. Now he is 3.5months and I tried the regular body lotion from California baby and he doesn't have any reaction to it. I would give 5stars to all the products from this brand.
