(More customer reviews)I have been "blessed" with very oily hair my whole life, hair that looks greasy just 12hrs after I wash it with other "normalizing" shampoos. Yick! This Calaguala Fern shampoo is the only product that truly works to balance my scalp and make the oil production lessen without over drying the hair and making it brittle. Also, with other shampoos it would seem that my hair would develop some sort of tolerance to the cleaning agent and, over the course of a bottle, it would clean less and less--and I would have to try another product. I have been using the Calaguala Fern shampoo for more than 2 years and it is working to keep me grease-free better than ever!
Bottom line: Hair stays cleaner longer, texture feels great. Smells amazing! I LOVE IT!
If you have oily hair, stop switching shampoos endlessly and just get this one :-)

Bergamot, Grapefruit and Frankincense blend together beautifully in a smooth cleansing gel to give you an almost unifying experience. There you were all stressed out and jumping in the shower and then suddenly you want to take another shower right after the first. This is what Lush products do and they can be addictive.

This gel may be slightly drying to dry skin, but the deep cleansing experience is worth having to rub a little extra lotion all over. I feel light and refreshed. This would be the perfect gel to take with you when traveling, when you are camping and anytime you want to feel refreshed and relaxed. Goes very well with the I Love Juicy shampoo and Veganese conditioner, both based on lemon oil. If you feel stressed out or have had a rough day, try these three products. You may be amazed at how good you feel and how they balance the emotions.

Karma Komba is the only product I've ever tried that DEtangles in a heartbeat - all I do is lather up (and like others said, a little goes a long way) and work it into my scalp. The bubbles work their way down my hair and make it slippery enough to detangle easily. It is honestly like magic.

Tip: If you buy two shampoo bars from the LUSH stores, they give you a free tin. Rather than store my shampoo in the tin, I place the bar directly on the rack in my shower and cover it with the tin, which keeps excess water from getting onto the shampoo and causing a mushy effect.

It is gentle but cleans skin well, and the smell is to die for. Very light, but soothing and natural. All that, and cruelty-free! I first bought the soap because it smelled so good. I never thought about how good it might be. When I started using it, my acne went away, along with all the other bumps on my skin. I use it on my face and body. My skin has never looked so radiant. Not only that, but it does not leave any residue on my skin. The soap is worth the price because a bar of the soap lasts me at least two months! Compared to the price of Proactiv that I was using, it is a much cheaper and better alternative!

The smell is that of a spicy orange with a strong hint of patchouli. Leaves your skin feeling very soft, clean, and healthy.

Don't be deceived by the picture: The color of the soap bar isn't that bright of orange. It's actually a darker orange red color.

skin. Others have even noticed that I am no longer absent mindedly
constantly scratching on my arms, legs, etc. I have skin condition
that is under control with other meds. The sea buckthorn comes from
plant grown in Mongolia, I believe, and has had a soothing effect
on my skin. I usually use unscented products, but find this has a
clean scent. Also it is a vegan product. The bar lasts well if allowed
to dry out between uses. I take mine with me when I travel and have
gifted others with bars.

Biokleen Citrus Automatic Dish Powder, 2-Lb. Tubs (Case of 12) Review

(More customer reviews)I use mostly earth friendly cleaning products in the house, and I was glad to stumble across this product. Not only is it less expensive that regular dishwasher cleaners, it works just as well if not better than them.

The packaging seemed incredibly small, about the size of a 7-11 Big Gulp cup, so I quickly poured a canister into an empty cup and brought out my Cuisinart measuring tablespoon and found that there were in fact 59 loads worth of powder (at 1 tablespoon per load), although the tared weight on the powder did exceed 2 lbs by a couple of ounces. That is not really a big deal to me, and if you're using a flatware tablespoon you'll probably get a bit more than 64 loads out of the canister.

I purposely left a dinner plate overnight with dried on cheese and a knife with peanut butter residue on it so I could test the effectiveness of this product. When they were loaded into the dishwasher with a full load this powder managed to clean the dishes spotless without using any added heat or prewashing like I normally would with a standard cleaner.

I have so far washed a few loads with this powder and every dish has come out clean except for one bowl still had one spot of dried on chili.

The canister says that if you have hard water you will need 2 tablespoons, and 1 tablespoon for soft water, and I imagine you could adjust those to get it to work just perfect for you.

Best of all, this product is Made in the USA, and it's not tested on animals and it has no animal ingredients. The plastic canister can be recycled when you are done, and it claims to have no negative effects on rivers, streams, plants, or wildlife. It has no artificial fragrance, colors, or preservatives, and it's biodegradable and Ozone safe. The Grapefruit seed and Orange Peel extracts in this product are pleasant and not overwhelming to me at all.

The only thing I would recommend to Biokleen is that they sell a cleaning products package consisting of a 2 month supply of this product along with laundry detergent, general purpose cleaner, and window cleaner, plus any other best-selling cleaners they have. Most people do not want to order a 2 year supply of this at a time, and I have to admit that is what prevented me from ordering this sooner. I wrote to them a couple of months ago suggesting this, but I have yet to see this offered at Amazon.

I won't use products with chemical fragrance or parabens.That leaves me with few options and I've tried lots.Most products leave a white haze, not this one.It also leaves my skin feeling moisturized, but not oily or shiny.I don't like it for all-body, it can be spread too thin.Very nice product.(note- this product does have essential oils and a scent)

(More customer reviews)What a pleasant product! Just tried it after reading raves on line. Pine tree and white sage is delish - light leather with sublime scent subtly lingering afterwards. My skin was left soft and all traces of daily grime gone. Pine oil's a great astringent but can be irritating but not this time. Didn't want to rinse it off, actually. I'll be back to pick up other flavors this week and will cut up a bar for travel and the gym.

Now, for the 'other' extras.There are thousands of 'organic' products out there with environmental commitment which stops at the product (if really organic at all). This is the real deal. The price isn't cheap but here's something to consider (I researched them quite a bit): no harsh chemicals prevalent in most commercial skin clensers, recyclable packaging (glass/paper only), silkscreened labels, plantable (SEEDED?!) soap boxes made out of pressed paper pulp (no glue), premium ingredients and health plans for employees. The list does not end there.So, I highly recommend this soap and find it well worth the reasonable price.

Although unscented always seems to have an odd scent to it. One day I needed another bar and Wally World was out of it. They did have the lemongrass version in stock so I thought I would try it out. The smell is subtle and good, the lather is creamy and rich feeling. This soap has changed my winter skin from uncomfortable and itchy to smooth and happy. I have always had sensitive skin and used many different soaps including baby soap. None have even come close to making my skin this happy. It also seems to keep me smelling fresh and clean which makes everyone around me also happy. I highly recommend giving this a try if you are looking for an end to dry skin.
